Our paramedical tattoo treatments involve the application of cosmetic tattooing to conceal and camouflage areas of the body. We can also re-create aspects of the body, including the nipple and areola. This is an extremely beneficial treatment option for those who have lost theirs due to a mastectomy or lumpectomy. The key areas that we treat are scars, stretch marks, and areola.
Stretch Marks and Scars
Using custom flesh tone pigments, this paramedical tattoo procedure works to camouflage any scarring or stretch marks by injecting the pigment into the skin via multiple needle punctures. Ultimately, the pigment colours used will mimic the natural colour of your skin. This camouflage process does vary from client to client, and depending on the scar or stretch mark, multiple colour variations might need to be used to match your skin’s appearance. We may also choose to use a paramedical tattooing technique that does not require pigment. During your consultation appointment, we will test a small area to see what technique is best for you and your skin.
Areola and Nipples
This advanced micropigmentation tattoo procedure is a restorative technique that recreates the appearance of the nipples or areola to look anatomically realistic. In order to construct a 3D areola tattoo, our cosmetic paramedical tattooist uses shadows and highlights to simulate the texture, depth and shape. This procedure is often performed after breast reconstruction and reduction surgeries, as well as mastectomies and implants.
All paramedical tattooing treatments require a deposit. This deposit fee will be deducted from your treatment price should you proceed.
